Our Agreement
By engaging with Zephyr Spaces, you're entering into a formal agreement for professional interior design consulting services. We've optimized our process to keep costs low, but we don't cut corners on legal clarity.

Third-Party Liability
We source budget-friendly decor from various vendors. While we curate the best options, we can't guarantee third-party furniture availability or shipping times once ordered from external retailers.
Did you know we check stock availability specifically for the Brooklyn and Queens local caches daily? We try our best to keep projects on track.
Virtual Design & Financials
Our virtual design consultations are strictly advisory. Zephyr Spaces provides the vision and the shopping list, but the final implementation and structural safety remain the responsibility of the client and their contractors. We aren't licensed structural engineers; we're aesthetic experts.
Payments are processed securely via our digital portal. All deposits for design packages are non-refundable once the initial mood board phase has commenced, as we've already committed substantial creative talent to your space by that point.
