We're deeply committed to the privacy of our New York neighbors. When you share blueprints or photos of your current space, they remain within our encrypted design portal. We don't sell your data to third-party furniture retailers. Why would we risk your trust for a quick buck? Your personal address and contact details are used exclusively for scheduling and material deliveries.
Processing payments through our secure gateway ensures that your financial info never touches our local servers. We use industry-standard SSL encryption to keep your budget-friendly transformation stress-free from checkout to the final reveal.
Portfolio Rights
We love showing off a beautiful re-design, but only with your explicit green light. We'll always ask for a signed release before featuring your home on our portfolio page. Even then, we'll keep the specific location vague to maintain your anonymity. Your privacy is paramount.
Virtual Consultations
Our virtual design calls are never recorded without consent. Any screenshots taken during virtual walk-throughs are strictly for space planning and color matching purposes. They're deleted 12 months after the project concludes unless you've opted for our long-term archiving service.
